WE DID IT!!!

WE DID IT!!! 

All 48 4000+ foot peaks in the White Mountains were summited this weekend, and it's all because of you wonderful people! Thank you so much for coming up to the Loj, hanging out with us, and helping us achieve such a huge accomplishment! We are so proud of all of you!!! 

As soon as possible we will put up all the pictures that you guys sent us, and we want to include as many people as possible in that. Hit us up with any pictures you took during the weekend (On peaks, at the Loj, anything!). Email them to this email or sext/text them to Anna @ (609)-649-9453

On a different note, if you lost something, or if you accidentally took something from the Loj that wasn't yours, please shoot us an email and we'll try to get things back to the people who lost them.

Also COME HANG OUT WITH US! We would love to spend time with you guys. Meals, hiking, Loj-ing, making those dates you suggested a reality, anything! If you want to email us personally, here are our emails:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Hi Everyone,

So when many groups signed up, they didn't give us the emails of all of their group members. Apparently, some people didn't even know they got accepted to Peak Weekend!

TELL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUPS THAT THEY ARE COMING.

DRIVERS: PLEASE EMAIL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR CARS and coordinate departures!

If you are missing someone's contact information, please email us. It's really important to get in touch so that everyone makes it up to the Loj!

The cars up have been constantly changing as we try to get as many people off the waitlist as we can.

As of tonight (wednesday), all cars are final, and if we change your car in any way we will email you about the change.

If you need contact information for the driver/drivees, just email us and we will send that stuff over!

Trips forms are important so that you know your route, so that we can stay sane while you're away from us, and so that we can come get you if something happens. We need your forms, or you won't be
able to go on a trip! That would suck!

SAFETY MEETING

We have a mandatory safety meeting at 9 pm in Barnum 104 today! Don't forget!

BUT, also read the following:

1) MANDATORY safety meeting Tuesday 9pm Barnum 104. If you don't come, the Loj Gods shall close their doors to you, AKA be there or don't go to peak (email us if this is a problem)

2) Email us if the info on the trips doc is wrong! We'll do our best to fix it!

3) TRIP LEADURZ are the first people listed in the group. You MUST attend the meeting on Thursday!

4) If your name isn't on the email, try searching your group leader's name. If that doesn't work, then email us! We probably copy and pasted wrong.

PEAK WEEKEND 2013: SO IT BEGINS

Peak Weekend this year is Friday Oct. 11- Monday Oct. 14th.

Come join the rest of Tufts as we come together to summit all 48 4000+ foot peaks in the whites. Peak Weekend is a super fun annual event, based out of the Tufts Loj in New Hampshire. For the past two years, we have been able to record successful summits of all 48 peaks, so come help us keep the tradition going!

This is a fantastic time to meet some new friends, to detox from the stress of exams and classwork, and to unite to accomplish a giant goal. 

Sign ups will come online midnight after the GIM on Wednesday, October 2 in Braker 001 at 9:30pm.
